We’d like to announce that we have purchased a lot at the LVM Resort in Las Vegas! We closed the deal yesterday, so it is officially ours now. Some studious followers may have noticed that we moved onto the site about 3 weeks ago and we’ve already been doing some upgrades here and there.

Without further adieu, here’s a video tour around the site!

That looks lovely! Your modifications are quite impressive. I’m starting to narrow down my RV choices significantly, but will probably wait until late winter to complete everything. Nice to know that there could be a place for me to land if I ever make it that far. It’s not impossible, since I know I have to go to Arizona to see our son.

Very nice site, love the outdoor kitchen. Las Vegas is definitely on our list of places to frequent. Do we rent directly from you or via the Resort? What is the weekly/monthly rate? Also, we’ve been considering the purchase of a lot, what is the monthly association/resort fee? Some of the resorts we’ve looked at the lots were a good value however the monthly fee seemed rather excessive. Oh, one other thing, do they deed you your lot? Or is it a lease type arrangement?
Thanks for all the info.

    Hello Brew Crewx2,
You would rent from the LVM Resort, the fees are listed on their site. To my knowledge, you’d need to call and ask for our site ( #62 ) to get a reservation for it specifically. However, we plan to be on the site through late Spring of 2017.

The association fee is $395/mo and covers everything except your Electricity and any upgraded Cable/phone service. More details and listing of available sites are available under their ‘Ownership’ menu item. The lot is deeded upon purchase.

Hope to see you out our way!
    Michael
