Puree the cauliflower, add butter and heavy cream, blend. Add rest of the ingredients - mix well.
Put mixture into greased 9x12 pan. Cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes or until warmed through. If you'd like you can sprinkle a little more cheese and bacon bits on top with some fresh parsley.
This is really good to make ahead of time and keep in the fridge until about 30 minutes before meal time. That way when company comes over or for the holidays your kitchen isn't a wreck right before you eat.
