Build Day 6 – Welding, Undercoat, Mechanical & Alignment

Today ….
- Started with a pressure leak test
- Some quick bracket welding for another air horn
- Under body sealing and Undercoating
- Under body lighting effects installation
- Headlight alignment and ride height check
- Front wheel alignment check
- Test Drive
- Alignment of the steering wheel to steering angle
- Trip to Belmont, MS paint center
- Exterior wash

Build Day 5 – Main Plant stations 14 through 18
Today, we completed Main Plant Stations 14 through 18. While there wasn’t a lot of ‘Action’ shots, there was a lot accomplished.
- Lots of Quality Assurance inspections
- TV / Video distribution / Surround sound testing / config
- Cabinet doors installed
- Pocket / hanging doors installed
- Center overhead cabinet installed in Kitchen area
- Final Slide Trim installed
- Loads of touch-ups and more inspections…
- Ceiling fan got its blades
Tomorrow, phase one rain test, then off to paint.

Build Day 4 – Main Plant stations 10 through 13
Today, we completed Main Plant Stations 10 through 13. This included the following highlights:
- Slide room trim
- Fireplace install
- Interior TV Installs
- Under-dash trim
- Driver’s side control panel
- Most cabinet drawers
- Cargo Bay Doors
- Roof rail
- Paramount Awnings
and tons I’m sure that I’ve left off…
NOTE: Tiffin has all of next week off for Independence Day. The next day of work on the rig will be July 6th, so no videos are likely to be uploaded until then… 🙂

Honestly… there’s just too much that happened today for me to list… But, the highlights are:
- All walls
- Ceiling / Roof
- All roof mounted devices ( AC’s, Antennas, vents, skylight, etc )
- Rear end cap
- All slides
- Most interior cabinetry
- Some additional exterior lower body panels
