NGC 3628 – The Hamburger Galaxy (also called Sarah’s Galaxy) is an unbarred spiral galaxy located about 35 million light years away from Earth in the constellation Leo. Although pictured alone here (due to narrow field of view of my telescope setup), it is part of a group of galaxies commonly called the Leo Triplet which includes M65 and M66.
